Ruthie was rewarded for all of her reading this past week with her choice of video. The lasagna-loving Garfield and The Tale of Two Kitties was played over and over and over and over this weekend.

But there was one good thing that came out of those multiple playings -- Ruthie requested lasagna for dinner, a meal we haven't had in forever because of youthful turned up noses.

I am grateful I have at least one child who has decided to like lasagna. Thank you, Garfield!
